Lullaby songs are the part of village people. It has a beautiful music. The child is mesmerized by tone music and falls asleep. A mother sings lullabies waggling her tongue to muffle crying sound child. not sung in same tone. different pitches. Lullabies mostly delightful called Neelambari. There many Tamil words for lullabies. They Thalattu, Rarattu, Thalaelo, Tharatu, Orattu, Olattu, Rorattu, Thottilpattu Thiruthalatu.
